The Geometry of Speed

Everything is a system.

It began with a camera on the table. My father kept one in our home like a permanent resident. For some, photography is a hobby; for me, it was fate.

By 1996, I was already building my first websites, obsessed with how information moved and how structures were formed. Thirty years later, that intersection of the visual and the digital is my operating system.

The Intersection

Motorsport isn't a single discipline; it’s a high-stakes crossover of four distinct worlds. To tell the story of the track, you have to master them all:

• The Action: The raw physics of a Ferrari 296 GT3 at Raidillon. That split-second where man and machine become a single vector.

• The Portrait: The quiet focus behind the visor. In a world of carbon fiber and data, the story always returns to the people.

• The Product: The engineering. The branding. I treat a livery as a corporate identity that must be projected with absolute precision.

• The Art: The atmosphere. The heat haze. The play of light on tarmac. This is where a race becomes an experience.

The Architecture: OMYY

I don’t just document brands; I build the infrastructure that sustains them. I’ve spent my life developing a dual-engine approach to the industry:

OMYY Media is the business-oriented vanguard. It’s a full-service marketing agency where storytelling meets strategy. We provide the photography, videography, PR, and social architecture required to survive in the high-pressure world of motorsport and beyond.

OMYY Systems is my digital playground. This is the laboratory where I design and build the IT systems - websites, mobile apps, and storage solutions - that bring my ideas to life. It is the engine room for everything I create.

The Obsession: Geometry

I have an unreasonable standard for geometry.

Whether a horizon is perfectly level or intentionally tilted to capture the violence of a corner, the intent must be absolute. If a frame is off by a fraction of a degree without purpose, the tension is lost. If a line of code is inefficient, the system drags.

This obsession follows me from the terminal to the paddock. Whether I’m acting as a Media Manager, a Sound Engineer, or a Developer, the goal remains the same: Organization.

Nordic Minimalism: The Power of Less

I am a believer in Nordic Minimalism. To me, minimalism is not the absence of something; it is the presence of everything that matters, stripped of the noise.

It is the silence between the engine notes. It is the white space in a line of code. It is the ability to communicate a 24-hour race in a single, uncrowded frame. In my world, clarity is the ultimate sophistication. If a detail doesn't serve the story or the system, it doesn't belong.

Beyond Compromise

I don’t believe in compromise. To me, a compromise is a loss for everyone involved - it’s the middle ground where original vision goes to die.

Instead of chasing existing ideas to find a "safe" center, I look for a new way. I shift the mindset entirely. If the current path requires us to settle, we’re on the wrong path. We don't settle; we innovate until the conflict disappears.

This is driven by a simple truth: Whatever we do, we can do it better. The learning path is infinite.

The rain, the 3:00 AM track walks, the 20-hour days - these aren't sacrifices. They’re the entry fee. You either love the chaos or you don't belong here.
